The Evolution…

When I started this blog, I didn’t really know “why” I wanted a blog. My roommate had one and she loved posting about food, traveling and major moments in her life. As a book lover and writer, it just made sense. When I settled on a name and created my page, I kept pushing the envelope little by little to create more than a blog. I wanted this blog to be a brand. I wanted this brand to be a window for others to what an evolution looks like and inspire others to follow suite.

Unfortunately, I’ve realized that I was too hasty. With my good intentions, I failed to set up a structure for readers to really benefit from my evolution into the woman I’ve become today and the woman I hope to grow into. When I look back at my content, it feels somewhat erratic.

As a quality assurance engineer and as a reader, I’m obligated to give my readers and followers quality content through a quality distribution method.

I will be redesigning my blog. (Again) A lot of unpopular content and irrelevent content will be archived and moved off of the page. The current content will remain but it may be organized in a different fashion.

The major obstacle that I’ll have to overcome is deciding on what method will provide the biggest impact on my readers and followers. Should I center my content on accessible presentations, videos, or pictures? Should I incorporate stories to grasp your attention? Or stick with my interpretation and observations based on daily experiences and current events.

This will be a new experience so I hope you’ll stick with me while we figure it out. I want to bring entertaining and useful content for all of my readers while making a true impact in 2021.
